Stage 04 · Turn it into wisdom Lesson 3 of 3
Letting go
Release the weight while keeping the wisdom.
Read it instead
Lesson three. Letting go. Release the weight while keeping the wisdom. Letting go means putting down the weight of something while keeping its lesson. You don't forget. You just stop carrying it as pain. The more you put down, the more present you become. And presence is a clean slate: from here you can choose, create and build. Why it matters. You can only tell your story clearly once it no longer hurts to tell. Letting go is what makes it shareable. For example. Writing the letter you never sent to an old business partner, then burning it. Or: Keeping the lesson "get it in writing", and dropping the resentment. Where this leads. It ends the healing half of the course. Lighter, you're ready to gather what's yours. Hold on to this. You can keep the lesson and still put down the load.

Very little grows on jagged rock. Be ground. Be crumbled, so wildflowers will come up where you are.
In plain words
Holding on keeps you hard. Softening, letting things break down, is what lets new life grow.
For this lesson
Letting go is the crumbling. What you'll build next is the wildflowers.
