In plain words
Building authority works best with a clear split. Inkflare does 80% of the work; you do the 20% only you can do, in under an hour a week; and a few things are beyond Inkflare. Know which is which, and nothing falls through the gaps.
01
80% Inkflare. 20% you.
The split isn't about effort for its own sake. Inkflare takes the work that doesn't need you; you keep the part that only you can do.
InkflareStrategy, every piece in every format, video with your avatar and voice, linking, publishing, every week.
YouYour channels' design, your knowledge, your answers and your approval. Under an hour a week.

Questions people ask
What if I don't have even an hour?
Start smaller. Approving is the part that can't be skipped, and it takes minutes. Answers and new material make your content better, so add them as you can.
Can someone on my team do my part?
Yes: a teammate who knows your expertise can review and approve. Your point of view and lived experience should still come from you.
What about the things beyond Inkflare?
They're worth doing when you can: speaking, podcasts and guest articles build authority too. A steady body of work makes each of them easier to get, and gives people somewhere to find you afterwards.
Will Inkflare build my website?
It's coming: Inkflare will build your website and keep it growing, and you approve what goes on it.
Quiz
The final quiz.
Six questions from across the course. Get four right to finish.
-
A client hears your name from a friend. What decides whether they call?
Lesson 1: people check before they call. What they find, on social, in search and in AI answers, decides it.
-
Which is true of ads and organic?
Lesson 2: ads stop when the budget stops. Organic keeps working, and gives anyone who clicks an ad something worth finding.
-
What turns posts into a body of work?
Lesson 3: structure and consistency. Linked pieces on a few topics show depth that scattered posts never do.
-
Your clients search for answers, and you'd rather not be on camera. Which start makes most sense?
Lessons 4 and 5: start where your clients look. Articles are found for years, and a video avatar you design opens video without the camera.
-
Why does lived experience matter more now?
Lesson 6: generic answers are everywhere. Your judgement, stories and point of view are the scarce part.
-
Which of these is beyond Inkflare?
Lesson 8: Inkflare plans, makes and publishes. Speaking, podcast guesting, guest articles, your offers and paid ads stay with you.
