At Inkflare Inc. (“Inkflare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are passionate about supporting authors, educators, coaches, and consultants in sharing meaningful, insightful content that uplifts and educates their audiences. Our platform enables knowledge creators to generate and distribute content across social media platforms efficiently, ethically, and with integrity.

These Usage Guidelines (“Policy”) form part of our Terms & Conditions and is legally binding on all users. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

What We Encourage
 We welcome and support content that provides real value and promotes growth, knowledge-sharing, and positive impact. Topics we proudly support include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Skills and Career Growth
  • Creativity and the Arts
  • Emotional Intelligence and Resilience
  • Health, Fitness, and Well-being (non-medical)
  • Lifestyle and Philosophy
  • Leadership, Management, and Team Building
  • Parenting and Relationships
  • Personal and Professional Development
  • Psychology and Human Behavior
  • Sustainability and Environmental Awareness
  • Technology and Product Leadership
  • Spirituality (as Personal Growth)
    • We support spirituality only when it’s explored as a path to personal development, grounded in direct experience, emotional healing, and self-awareness. We do not support religious doctrine, proselytizing, or content that promotes guilt, fear, or exclusion.

 

What We Prohibit
 To maintain a respectful, safe, and legally compliant environment, users must not create, upload, or distribute content that includes:

  • Violent Content: Material that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, abuse, or harm toward any person or group.
  • Illegal Drug Promotion: Advocacy or depiction of illegal drug use or misuse of prescription medication.
  • Hate Speech: Attacks, discrimination, or defamation based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class.
  • Harassment or Defamation: Content that targets individuals with slander, libel, bullying, or threats.
  • Political Attacks: Targeted derogatory or inflammatory content aimed at political figures, institutions, or governments, unless part of balanced, constructive discourse.
  • Misinformation or Deception: False, misleading, or unverified claims that could harm others.
  • Explicit or Inappropriate Sexual Content: Pornographic material, nudity, or sexual content lacking artistic or educational value.
  • Copyrighted or Unlicensed Media: Uploading music, video, images, or audio without the necessary rights or licenses, including use of AI-generated voices that imitate known individuals.

Inkflare reserves the right to review, block, edit, or remove any content at its sole discretion, whether such content violates these guidelines or not.

Media Upload Requirements
 As part of using Inkflare, you may upload personal or brand media, such as images, voice recordings, or video clips, for use in Generated Content. By uploading any media to Inkflare, you affirm and warrant the following:

  1. You own the media or have secured commercial-use rights or licenses.
  2. You have obtained valid releases for any recognizable individuals or voices included.
  3. Your media does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy laws.
  4. Your media complies with this Policy.

Inkflare reserves the right to remove or disable any media content for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to if we believe it may pose a legal risk or breach this Policy.

Consequences of Violating the Policy
 Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Content rejection or removal
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
  • Reporting to platform partners or authorities where applicable
  • Termination of access to the Service

Reporting Inappropriate Content
 If you believe any content published via Inkflare violates this policy, please report it by contacting support@inkflare.ai with the subject line “Content Violation Report.”

Policy Updates
 We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
