How does approval work, and what does my week look like?
The short answer
Each week, next week's posts arrive in your inbox ready to go. Any time this week you approve them, make a quick tweak, or answer a question about your own experience, and approved posts are scheduled and published automatically. 98% are approved on the first pass, and it takes under an hour a week.
Inkflare runs on a simple rhythm: this week you approve next week. Nothing is tied to a particular day, so you approve whenever it suits you.
What arrives in my inbox?
Next week's posts, ready to go: videos, carousels, image posts, text posts and blogs, each made for its platform and each saying the day it publishes.
What can I do with each post?
- Approve it. It is scheduled and publishes itself.
- Tweak it. Change a word, a line, or the angle. Inkflare learns from every tweak how you would say it.
- Answer a question. Sometimes Inkflare asks about your own lived experience, so the post says what only you could say.
- Move it. Reschedule an approved post to another day.
How much time does it take?
Under an hour a week. Posts arrive ready, and 98% are approved on the first pass. You can run it yourself or hand it to a teammate who knows your expertise.
What if I don't approve something?
It doesn't go out. Nothing publishes without your approval.
